  This rental was not as pictured on the website. It seems they have a show unit they use for the pictures, and/or there are multiple units rented out under the same listing and they are not all in the same condition. The condo was very rundown. The sofa was badly stained, the toilet ran during my entire stay, the bathroom fan was broken, there were stains on the curtains and carpet, and there was a mark on the bathroom wall that looked like blood. The host did try to move me to another unit but there wasn’t another 2-bed unit available. They gave me a small refund, which I appreciate but think was too small. The host seemed to be in a different time zone because they typically replied to my messages in the middle of the night. While negotiating the refund I asked for a free late checkout. They initially did not answer that part of my message so I asked again around noon the day before we checked out. They did not reply until after the checkout time the following day, at which point we had already left. The host really needs to make sure all units are updated to accurately reflect the listing. I do not recommend staying here.

  We stayed at Waikiki Sunset unit #2406. It was a great spacious full unit with an awesome partial view. The free parking was a huge perk and one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. The only negatives would be the pillows need to be replaced, the towel rack wouldn't stay on the wall, and the kitchen was a little dirty when we arrived (bird droppings on the lanai rail and food residue on the counters, stove top, and microwave) which we wiped down with clorox wipes. But other than that, we really liked our stay here and will consider staying here again when we come back to visit. Thank you Lei Hawaii Realty for the prompt communication and making the check-in instructions easy.

  All in all it was clean, but we found an old bag of Chips under a bed.
  We would recommend one more roll of toilet paper for 3 persons for two weeks. One more Little pot would be good, too.
  Security Service checken regularly the house.
  It is a nice and safe place to stay with a family. Short way to Waikiki, pool and grill area in a good condition and clean. The view from our balcony was really great. On the left the Diomant creater and the ocean on the right the ocean and a part of Waikiki Beach. Thanks, we enjoy our stay.

  All in all it was clean, but we found an old bag of Chips under a bed.
  We would recommend one more roll of toilet paper for 3 persons for two weeks. One more Little pot would be good, too.

  It is a nice and safe place to stay with a family. Short way to Waikiki, pool and grill area in a good condition and clean. The view from our balcony was really great. On the left the Diomant creater and the ocean on the right the ocean and a part of Waikiki Beach. Thanks, we enjoy our stay.

  It was nice having a 1 bedroom and the price was great. View from the room and balcony were amazing. Unit is a little dated. Could use another bedside table in the bedroom and there were no beach towels and nothing in the kitchen but salt & pepper. It did have boogie boards and beach chairs, which was nice. The building is in a very convenient location and the pool and bbq area make it easy to play and eat w/o having to go to a restaurant. It’s great having a laundry on each floor and a mini mart in case you need something quick. Parking included with the rental is a god-send!!

  The condo is in a perfect location just down the street from the beach, ABC store, bars, food trucks, restaurants!!! The lanai was big and relaxing to have coffee or just take in the view!! The condo is a good size for a small family with little children or teens. I felt very safe in the building and area. The free parking was a plus since parking is very expensive.

  My stay was great. My thanks to Wendy the Director and all her staff for their prompt and professional service. The property manager/ emergency services was awesome and the office staff flexible to meet my needs. The property Wes in great location and clean. Great view of the Ocean and streets. I enjoyed my stay.

  This is a lovely one bedroom condo, with a good location. It was very clean and well kept, and the building managers were helpful. My cleaning deposit was returned promptly.   We enjoyed your condo. Good view of ocean & Diamond Head. It was clean and in good shape. Couple things could be fixed - towel hook loose in bathroom & one towel bar missing. We really liked the close location to beach, shops & restaurants����

  Very nice big size apartment, well equiped, safe, quiet, good location, good to have a parking space, nice view.
