  This place is fantastic. Second floor location, right on the beach, next to Ft Derussey park with great sunset views from the lanai. 2nd floor location means you don't have to wait for the elevator, take the stairs!
  Parking is very convenient, easy in and out.
  
  Lei Hawaii Realty was a breeze and answered my questions promptly. The parking card will be in the unit with the swipers to get inside the building.
  
  There is a guest shower at the 1st floor beach side entrance. Nice to since the sand off.
  
  There is a Starbucks, ABC market, restaurants on Lewers st, a block from the building.
  
  Steak tips, acai bowls, smoothies for sale on the first floor, great food at affordable prices. Also surf board and beach rentals and tours available.
  
  Some noise at night due to a stuck louvered window. No big deal. King size bed was comfortable, and temp was easily controlled with split system air.
  
  We had a great time and will be back in a few years!

  There is not one bad thing to say about our stay. Except the rooster that woke you at he crack of dawn from the Army Museum Property next door. Location Location sure it is not a big name property but it is a hidden GEM. This room you could watch sunsets with the best pictures available. PARKING was less then two minutes away. The staff was very friendly especially my new friend we named Chicago where he was from he left over 40 years ago. Do not make the mistake and not use this location you will regret it when walking a distance to the beach. Next year we will be there again that is a promise.

  Great location with a parking spot. There was problems with outside noise at night, but it is still a good place for the price.

  Great locations to the Waikiki beach, Waikiki main shopping center, restaurants and many well known sightseeing places. Room is clean and have a nice ocean view. Owner is also very helpful. We highly recommend it.

  We had a wonderful stay at this very reasonably priced condo! We would stay here again as it was a minute walk to the beach (beach chair at location) and the parking included was a huge plus. The check-in process wasn't super clear, but when calling the manager, he was so friendly and helpful.

  The location can't be beat, steps from the ocean, close to too many restaurants and shops to count. The condo is nicely furnished and gives options to eat out or buy food and cook in. The condo was clean. Free parking that is included is a great plus. We loved our stay in Waikiki and this condo was a big part of our wonderful vacation.

  I couldn’t be more happier with this rental. The beach is so close you can smell it lol. I would recommend this property to my entire family. Everything is within walking distance and there is a free army museum right next door.

  I was perfect for our stay. Perfectly located by the beach and restaurants. Very clean and had everything we needed. I wasn't a fan of having to go to the rental property place to get the key. Maybe you could put a code on the door like most Air BnB places do?

  Good location, parking at Fort DeRussy parking lot convenient. Loading and unloading was awkward due to construction.

  Great stay with full kitchen and close to beach. Lei Hawaii are very responsive to your questions. I would strongly recommend this apartment.

  次もこちらに絶対に泊まりたいです。
  2階という、お部屋から海まで1分の距離。
  夜でも他地域より安心なビーチウォークなどのロケーション。
  ラナイからの光景。
  お部屋自体のクリーンさとコンディションも良く、
  浅くても日本人にはありがたいバスタブが毎日の動き回る身体疲れをほぐしてくれました。
  ウォシュレット、洗濯乾燥機、すぐ近くの公営パーキングでレンタカー使いも安心。
  全てが夢のように最高でした。

  Lovely condo in an excellent location for enjoying waikiki beach and all of town. The Condo is clean and nicely appointed. Parking across the street is a wonderful bonus and very easy to use. walk out the front door and you are ready for a Town adventure, lots to see and do. Walk out the back door and you are on the beach. Couldn't ask for more. We really enjoyed our stay.

  Fantastic condo that's right by the beach and close to the main strip for eating drinking and shopping. The condo was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. Really great place to stay

  The location was great. On the edge of the packed downtown, the building is accessible (even though parking is across the street, there are loading parking spaces there for getting luggage to and from the building). You're close enough to everything you want in Waikiki. The beach is just outside the back door of the building with restaurants beachside as well as finer dining all around you. The pictures make it look like you're not that close to the water, but the beach view while eating breakfast on the lanai was all we hoped for. We had a minor problem which was addressed personally and promptly -- what more can you ask for if you're going to have a problem? This place was great for a couple on a vacation.
