*Please use the laundry floor, or the washer & dryer in the unit, to clean the towels etc. We are not providing the linen cleaning services during stay.
*Please be advised that Island Colony is having the exterior and lanai repairs from Jan 3, 2023.

    Loved it, very nice apartment. Wish they would provide beach towels though. Although they provide reusable slippers which I really liked. Nice building, great view from the balcony.

    Great location. Fantastic fireworks display every Friday from the lanai. Clean studio with a great layout. We really enjoyed our stay.
