Excellent view and location

The Bathroom was basic and smaller than most any other we have ever used. The Kitchen was small and is basically a hallway to the front door, closet and bathroom. The balcony was nice and where we spent our time. The bed was top notch

I liked my room so I was satisfied, but I would appreciate it if the following points could be improved.
- Couldn't receive an email inform the pin of the door before check in.
- None of the knives provided were sharpened, so I couldn't cut vegetables.
- There was no lever for the sink drain, so it was difficult to open and close.
I will stay here again. -

Penthouse view was the best
Dracut, US, February 21, 2024 February 2024에 9 일 동안 숙박My wife and I were very pleased with the location and unit accommodations. We were only minutes from Waikiki beach, shopping and great dining options. The view was incredible but sadly the city lights faded out our star gazing. Not as quiet as we would have hoped for - sirens, loud exhaust cars / motorcycles. Ah, city life.
The unit was very clean and supplied w/ most everything one would need in the kitchen & bathroom. Padio furniture was in great shape - to include a drying rack.
We did notice the following items requiring maintenance: 1. Bathtub was cracked from soap dish to tub plus depending on the time of day the shower water temp madly fluctuated hot to cold. 2. Bathroom sink hot water handle leaks when turned on plus very low pressure - dribble, not a stream. 3. DVD player drawer would not slide out to receive a DVD. 4. The sofa mattress is terrible and needs replacing - felt every cross bar.
However, the building had a clean laundry room, good size pool & hot tub, very nice gym, and a great breakfast/lunch dining option on the first floor.
Great on-site building staff and Lei Hawaii Realty was very helpful in helping to set up our stay.
I would highly recommend this property / unit as long as the maintenance items are corrected.
International marketplace was super. Dole plantation was fun especially the soft-serve pineapple ice-cream. Also highly recommend booking a luau w/ TOA Luau. It was the most enjoyable and entertaining luau I've ever experienced. Top notch staff, food, performers and venue.
I hope your vacation to Honolulu is just a nice as ours. Aloha

It’s nice, clean, & the kitchen is well appointed. Some of the kitchen cabinets are too high for me to reach so I requested the management company for a steep stool which they provided in no time. Love this place, will come back again & also recommend to friends & family.

The room itself was very suitable considering we were only in it to sleep. However, the bathroom was only big enough for one person to use at any given time. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and cookware needed to cook every meal if you wanted.

Perfect place everything was great the only thing I would have changed was the bathroom... the curtain was disgusting. It smelled sooo bad I didn’t even want to touch it. Super convenient place, it would have been nice to know there was a $35 parking fee every day. I would definitely stay again.

It was in the highest floor in the most popular condo in Waikiki and the view was perfect. Ocean, mountain, and firework were perfectly seen in our huge balcony and our room!!
We always eat breakfast and drink wine in the balcony and spend the quality time.
We knew already the bathroom and kitchen are bit small but it is acceptable for staying like 1 week. We go out and eat outside mostly. When we need to relax in the hot tab, we went to 6th floor and use the hot tub.
The good restaurant are closed by and mini shop was inside the condo. While we do the laundry, we swam in the big pool and used the gym.
The room inside also are very relaxing. We loved the taste. The beds are bit soft for us.
Everyone who uses elevator saw we push Penthouse floor. They asked me how is the penthouse room and we told them it is the best in the world!!
People in Lei Hawaii Realty are very responsible for our questions before the stay and during the stay. We personally went to see the office and they all welcomed to us! Thank you Lei Hawaii!
Next time we go to Hawaii, we definitely use this room again! -
