The studio has everything you might need for a convenient like home stay :)
A kitchenette to prepare finger food, a big bathroom with a bathtub to dive into relaxation, spacious room with 2 full size cloud like beds, flat screen TV if you want to follow your favorite show and the pearl of the studio – huge panoramic windows with a balcony for you to capture stunning Diamond head and ocean views.
The Ala Moana Condo is located just a few steps away from the building is the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention center, Ala Moana Beachpark and Magic Island.
There are several bus stops near the Ala Moana Condo. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby to explore Honolulu.
The Ala Moana Condo building offers a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even Starbucks, at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in the Ala Moana area.
Important!!  
*Every single guest needs to pay Daily Resort fees ($25 x #of nights), and Key Issuance Fee ($50). Tax is exclusive. This payment is for Ala Moana Hotel. These fees are included in the total amount.
By paying these fees, you may access the hotel pool, sauna, and gym. However, it does not permit access to room service or any other hotel services.
Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose for them.
!!IMPORTANT!! From February 7th, 2022, the exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.
The exterior workings are: 1)Concrete Repair, 2)Re-painting the Building, 3)Limited Sealant Replacement, 4)Lanai Deck Coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.

Parking: No (There is parking space in the hotel basement, for $30 as of July 2019. Please check the price and availability yourself.)

*All rentals between December 22 and January 2 must be reserved for a minimum of 4 nights, unless there is already a gap of less than 4 nights.
*No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be cancelled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.
*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for
*Please purchase expendable items after consumption.
*Please use the laundry floor, or the washer & dryer in the unit, to clean the towels etc.
We are not providing the linen cleaning services during the stay.
