설명

This cozy studio offers everything you need for a vacation away from home. The most amazing part is the view from the balcony. Ocean and city landscapes will make you happy. The room is filled with ocean theme from carpeting to cute decorations on the walls and in pieces of furniture. You will be literally walking on the ocean waves.
In the studio there is a kitchenette to prepare quick snacks that you can consume on the balcony admiring the beauty of Waikiki. After an adventurous day out you can collapse on one of two comfortable full beds and watch TV.
The Ala Moana Condo is located just a few steps away from the building is the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention center, Ala Moana Beach Park and Magic Island.
There are several bus stops near the Ala Moana Condo. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby to explore Honolulu.
The Ala Moana Condo building offers a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even Starbucks, at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in the Ala Moana area.
Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose for them. Please place any and all trash in bags that will not leak or cause damage to the hallway carpets and walls.
Important!!
*Every single guest needs to pay Daily Resort fees ($25 x #of nights), and Key Issuance Fee ($50). Tax is exclusive. This payment is for Ala Moana Hotel. These fees are included in the total amount.
By paying these fees, you may access the hotel pool, sauna, and gym. However, it does not permit access to room service or any other hotel services.
!!IMPORTANT!! The exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.
The exterior workings are: 1)Concrete Repair, 2)Re-painting the Building, 3)Limited Sealant Replacement, 4)Lanai Deck Coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.
*All lanai doors will be secured to only open 4" for ventilation purposes. Begin in August 1st, Complete in November 18th, 2022 (Subject to change). They will be returned to full operation when the work is done. This is for safety purposes.

Parking: No (There is parking space in the hotel basement, for $30 as of July 2019. Please check the price and availability yourself.)

Check in and out Style: Self (To access the room keys, gym, and pool, guests must register at the front desk. Room keys may be returned to the key return box at the front desk at check out. There is no front desk service for guests as this is a vacation rental unit, and not part of the hotel
*Please read all of our terms and conditions before making a reservation. In the case that you do not understand our terms and conditions, or do not want to purchase the CSA damage protection fee or the deposit waiver, please do not reserve a vacation rental with Lei Hawaii Realty Inc.
*Persons over the age of 21 must make the vacation rental reservations, and are required to be present during the stay.
*All rentals between December 22 and January 2 must be reserved for a minimum of 4 nights, unless there is already a gap of less than 4 nights.
*No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be cancelled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.
*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.
*Please purchase expendable items after consumption.
*Please use the laundry floor, or the washer & dryer in the unit, to clean the towels etc.
We are not providing the linen cleaning services during the stay.

    Awesome Oceanview balcony. Thank you for the delicious kona coffee. Very nice hotel. Try the concierge service. They booked tours, cruises and the Polynesian cultural center. Very close to the Ala moana mall.The hotel looks great. Very safe area.

    The location is everything - close to bus lines, shopping, eateries, beach & activities. The hotel/condo has a beautiful view, well maintained and convenient with good amenities. I wish a complete list with map, amenities, attractions, expectations, instructions on what to do about trash, and a complete list of what was in the room (blanket, blow dryer and where to find them) were in the room as I came in. It would've saved me a lot of time. I also wish an airport shuttle was included in this price considering all the fees attached.
