27th floor AC studio with 2 full beds, small kitchenette and at the doorstep of Ala Moana Shopping Center, close by the beach. Thanks to panoramic windows and lanai, you can enjoy magnificent city and ocean views.
Feel just like at home, whether it comes down to cooking your favorite snacks at the kitchenette small yet with everything you might need or resting in one of the super comfortable full beds (you will appreciate it after a full day of new experiences). On the balcony you can enjoy beautiful views of the whole Waikiki and amazing ocean. Did we mention there is also a bathtub in the studio? But if it is not enough. The Ala Moana Condo building offers a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even Starbucks, at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in the Ala Moana area.
The Ala Moana Condo is located just a few steps away from the building is the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention center, Ala Moana Beachpark and Magic Island. All within a couple of minutes by foot.
There are several bus stops near the Ala Moana Condo. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby to explore Honolulu.
Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose for them. Please place any and all trash in bags that will not leak or cause damage to the hallway carpets and walls.
!!IMPORTANT!! The exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.
The exterior workings are: 1)Concrete Repair, 2)Re-painting the Building, 3)Limited Sealant Replacement, 4)Lanai Deck Coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.
*All lanai doors will be secured to only open 4" for ventilation purposes. Begin in August 1st, Complete in November 18th, 2022 (Subject to change). They will be returned to full operation when the work is done. This is for safety purposes.

Parking: No (There is parking space in the hotel basement, for $30 as of July 2019. Please check the price and availability yourself.)

Check in and out Style: Self (To access the room keys, gym, and pool, guests must register at the front desk. Room keys may be returned to the key return box at the front desk at check out. There is no front desk service for guests as this is a vacation rental unit, and not part of the hotel.)
*Please read all of our terms and conditions before making a reservation. In the case that you do not understand our terms and conditions, or do not want to purchase the CSA damage protection fee or the deposit waiver, please do not reserve a vacation rental with Lei Hawaii Realty Inc.
*Persons over the age of 21 must make the vacation rental reservations, and are required to be present during the stay.
*All rentals between December 22 and January 2 must be reserved for a minimum of 4 nights, unless there is already a gap of less than 4 nights.
*No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be cancelled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.
*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.
*Please purchase expendable items after consumption.
*Please use the laundry floor, or the washer & dryer in the unit, to clean the towels etc.
We are not providing the linen cleaning services during the stay.

    It was easy getting the key for the room which was already know and found slippered were prepared in the room nice.
    The Ala Moana Hotel is connected to the Shopping Centre, convenient going shopping and to bring take out foods to the room which has microwave and a kettle. It was nice dishes are equipped, paper towel, dish soap & sponge.
    It would be better if the resort fees are not included as we never go to the swimming pool area.

    Great location with quick access to everything. Clean and very quiet even though the hotel was full!

    Room size is good for a family of 3. It was a pleasant stay. Views are stunning from the room. Room is very clean, tidy and complete with everyday toiletries and chinaware. Staff are extremely responsive when the microwave stopped working. It got replace the same hour. Staff are helpful and easy to contact. I would love to stay here again in our upcoming trip in April. Kudos to the Lei Hawaii Team!

    What a great place to stay! I would rebook this place again in in a heartbeat. Although this is one of the older hotels it has been nicely updated and is extremely clean. The staff are very professional and accommodating. We stayed on the 27th floor which provided a fantastic view. In the mornings we sat on our lanai and enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sunrise over the volcanic mountain to our left. In the evenings we enjoyed a couple of beverages watching the sunset over the ocean to our right. Just a five minute drive to Waikiki, it was wonderful to stay close to all of the tourist attractions yet avoid the noise and chaos. My sister and I have visited Honolulu 3 times and for the price, you can’t get any better! Thanks for a very enjoyable vacation!
