  It’s a nice place to stay, other than the 1 hour wait to check in, everything else was as described by the management company. We will definitely book this property again.

  Traveling by myself for a week. Found this place through . As hotels in Honolulu go, this one was the most reasonably priced that I found. When I walked into the lobby I thought I was in the wrong place as it was really beautiful, apparently recently remodeled. The room was as advertised, 13th floor, nice view of the harbor. It was clean and had everything that I needed. I'm not sure why this is called a condominium as it is just a hotel room that happens to have a small fridge and microwave. In looking into other rooms as I walked down the hallway, the hotel rooms were identical. I guess the biggest difference was that the "condo" has no room service. Not a problem for a one week stay. There was plenty of linen, towels, etc. Would definitely stay there again. Immediately adjacent to the Ala Moana shopping center. Easy walking distance to Ala Moana Park and Waikiki. Note that the hotel can be extremely busy, especially on weekends. Getting an elevator down on Sunday morning can take 30 minutes. Although it did not impact me, at times there were huge check-in lines snaking around the lobby.

  Management was great especially for allowing me to check in early, you was great and relaxing, I think the only only 3things I did not like to be honest was the alarm clock radio sound was worse than the sound coming out of my cell phone, The refrigerator would not freeze ice on the tub/water bottles trying to take on trips, and being a guy that is 6 foot tall the showerhead was about 2 inches too short with a small showerhead making it hard to spread the water onto my body, and last there were no soft pillows all of the pillows were firmly stuffed, it would’ve been great to at least had one or two soft feather-ish pillows.
  But because of the hospitality I will definitely come back Again and stay in the room, if those few things I mentioned would’ve been different and definitely would’ve been a tent start instead of a five star!

  Need more shelving space in the bathroom.
  Need a better shower curtain.
  Need rugs to help with the water from the shower

  + Great location. Walk to Ala Moana Center and Ala Moana Beach Park.
  + Ocean view from the room, even when laying in bed.
  + Laundry room in the same floor
  + Ala Moana Hotel where the vacation rental is located has just been remodeled in 2020. Modern lobby, great gym and swimming pool.
  = There are the mandatory hotel fees (daily resort fee and one-time key fee) collected by the hotel at check-in, in addition to the quoted price. Daily house keeping is not available though.
  + The room is so much cheaper than what Ala Moana Hotel charges for a similar room. You still get to enjoy the hotel pool and gym. A great deal.
  + This is an ADA compliance room, but works for anybody.
  + I stayed here for 35 days quite comfortably. Will definitely stay here again.
  = The room is clean, but showing its age. Only the hotel common area has been remodeled, but not the rooms.

  Conveniently the condo is located close to Ala Moana beach and Ala Moana shopping center. Everything is walking distance.

  The stay at Ala Moana Condominium (AH11) met my needs. The spacious room provides many amenities such as blankets, dishes, refrigerator, and towels, which helped ease my stay. When informed of a problem with a leak, the company responded promptly to check it; however, it was not repaired while I rented the room. The view from the balcony is spectacular.

  I traveled solo and was pleasantly surprised by this unit. It is just as described and is very clean. The microwave, water boiler and coffee maker and refrigerator all worked well.
  The dishes are minimal; 2 small plates,2 talk glasses, 1 small glass and 2 coffee cups. Plenty of extra toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels. Ample supply of bath towels. The A/C unit is very quiet and works very well via the thermostat.
  This unit is located in the 13th floor which has easy access to the laundry room (same floor). Icemakers are located on floors 12 & 14.
  The balcony is adequate for 2 people with a small table and two comfortable chairs.
  The view is split by tall but attractive bldg...on the left is a Marina view which you can see while laying in bed. The right view (Aka Moana Park) is enjoyed once on the balcony...both ocean views are beautiful. The night view of all of the other condos in the area with their lights is very pretty.
  The pool was very nice and had plenty of reclining lounge chairs....towels are provided by attendant.
  I was able to use the pool up until 2 days before departure. It has been drained for some sort of renovation as has part of the lobby area. I am not sure how long this renovation will last. I noticed a couple who were carrying the pool towels in the open part of the lobby suggesting that another pool in another location outside of the condominium was being offered.
  The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The building itself has access to the Ala
  Moana Shopping Center via a second floor walkway...very convenient.
  Overall I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again...Aloha and enjoy your vacation....oh and condo is very conveniently located to buses and easy walk to Ala Moana Park with a beautiful beach of its own...Forget about Waikiki beach....this is much, much better.   Location is good for beach and convenient for super-market. But, there are no sink for wash cup/saucer or food.
